Kinesiology Care Clinic
Kamila Jaron
My journey into natural health began with a personal transformation. I arrived in the UK from Poland in 2007, holding a Master’s degree in Business Management.
After a powerful experience involving Systematic Kinesiology, I became aware of just how deeply our physical, emotional and mental systems are interrelated. This experience was so profound that I felt compelled to further investigate the techniques in depth. I began formal training at the Academy of Systematic Kinesiology in London, where I completed both my Foundation and Practitioner Diploma. I am now practicing Systematic Kinesiology at my clinic in West London, helping clients to return to full health by restoring their natural balances, energy and emotional strength.
I am currently completing a BSc in Psychology (Clinical and Mental Health) at the London University of Roehampton on a British Psychological Society (BPS) accredited course. This study, while enabling a deeper understanding of the psychological dimension of human wellbeing, complements my existing hands-on approach to Systematic Kinesiology.
During my academic study of psychology, I’ve had the opportunity to spend some time in aviation environments observing how professionals handle stress, fatigue and decision-making under pressure. I gained first-hand experience of the pychological demands placed on pilots, crew and operators - where focus, resilience and emotional control are just as critical as technical skills - as well as gaining valuable insights into how these professional roles can spill over into personal life, affecting health and inner well-being.
It is my sincere aim to help people to manage stress, reduce emotional fatigue and overcome the personal challenges of high expectations, by bringing together natural practices and psychological awareness.
