I offer a non-clinical approach to wellbeing, supporting professionals in high-pressure, safety-critical environments, such as those in the aviation and maritime sectors.



Regulated professionals such as pilots and seafarers, where seeking formal psychological treatment may require disclosure to a medical examiner or governing authority such as the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) or Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA).


My work is offered in total confidence as a Kinesiology Practitioner and does not constitute formal psychological counselling, diagnosis or therapy.


Systematic Kinesiology provides a holistic, body-centred means of regulating stress,  enhancing resilience and supporting emotional balance, without clinical intervention.
